Training built around each dog as an individual

No two dogs are alike — so why would their training be? We start by listening: to how your dog thinks, what drives them, and where they are right now. Then we build a path forward that actually makes sense for them.

Meet them where they are

We never start a dog somewhere they aren't ready for. Progress begins at the dog's current level, wherever that may be.

Understand their perspective

Some dogs are bold and curious while others are careful and sensitive. This effects how they view and interpret the world, which effects how we train them.

Find what motivates them

Treats, praise, play, movement, every dog has a currency. We find yours and use it to make learning feel rewarding, not like work.

Create their custom path

Your dog gets a training plan designed specifically for them. Each plan has clear goals, methods, and is unique to them. There is no “one size fits all” in dog training!

We spend time observing and interacting with your dog, watching how they respond, what gets their attention, and what their body language tells us. We make a list of their goals and targets.

Consultation

From that first session, we put together a profile: your dog's learning style, top motivators, stress signals, and the goal areas that matter most to you and your household.

Training Profile

We design a step-by-step plan tailored to where your dog is now and where you want them to go, with milestones, techniques, and exercises chosen for them specifically.

Custom Training Plan

Dogs change. Life changes. With our adventure and training outings, we make sure your dog stays up to date on their training and prevent training regression from disuse.

Ongoing Support

“That the mental experiences of dogs aren’t as complex as ours is no reason to dismiss those experiences altogether.”
